We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted.
Discounted and sale items: We do not offer refunds or returns on discounted or sale items.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, all returns on any items must have all tags and the hygiene labels. Please ensure the items are still in pristine condition, how you originally received your item.
International Orders: International orders may be returned for refunds.
Who pays for the shipping? We do not cover the cost or reimburse any of your shipping expenses with returns, refunds or exchanges. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Submitting a return: Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will help you process a return. The return will processed as soon as possible after receiving the parcel. We recommend tracking your item as we do not accept responsibility to any lost items in the post.
When will my refund be processed? We will aim to process your refund within 1 working day of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Damaged or faulty? Our quality control is very strict. Our items go through a stringent process of checking and testing. However, if you have received a faulty or damaged item from our online store, we apologise.
